Principal’s Message
As we all sat at home for another couple of weather related absences I suppose the reactions from parents and students ran the gamut from ……..YEAH SNOW DAYS!! ……to…… NOT AGAIN!! Thankfully this was not a repeat of the severe hardships many endured a year ago. So this week it’s back to the business of school and hopefully that means we’ll be here for all five scheduled days.
Below you’ll find information for helping out with Friday evening’s dance. I know Yllisia has a few volunteers lined up but she could use some more help. The only thing I need to add is the procedure for drop-off and pick-up. We’ll do it like we did last fall when the transition between the two dances was smooth thanks to the cooperation of all the 6th grade parents.
6th grade dance ---Drop-off in the front of the school before 5:30, Pick-up behind the school at 6:45.
7th/8th grade dance ---Drop-off in the front of the school before 7:00, Pick-up at 8:15 in the front of the building.
Ok here we go – Five days of school and five days of thinking about that dance on Friday night.
Thanks for taking a look at the Newsletter.
Greg Howard, Principal

The meetings are open to all 7th and 8th graders and they take place in Rm 218 (Mrs. Wagner). The first meeting is scheduled for after school till 4 pm on Monday, Feb. 14th in Mrs. Wagner’s room. Does your child go by something other than their legal name you see in the skyward gradebook? This is common and we want to make sure we get it right in the yearbook. If so, please fill out this form and we will correct it in this year's book.
