Danforth Jr. High Newsletter
Tuesday, Nov. 10th, 2020
Thank You and Thank You.
Thank you parents and guardians.
We’ve completed two six weeks and heading into our third. We’ve been able to keep our doors open, have face to face learning, and play some sports because you have helped us maintain a safe, healthy environment for learning. Yes we’ve had someillness on this campus, but thankful the stomach bug, strep throat and COVID has not overwhelmed us. But we must remain vigilant anddoour best each day to keep this year going strong. Wearing a mask, washing hands and just being smart about the way we interact (both here at school and out of school) will help us continue to have a successful school year. Thank you for your continued support.
Thank you Veterans.
We’ve had some crazy dress up days over the years for one occasion or another but there’s nothing crazy about all of us wearing red, white and blue to show our support for our Veterans. That show of respect and gratitude is tomorrow, Nov. 11th. I’ve got my red, white and blue shoes ready to go. Can’t wait to see what the students come up with on Wednesday. And it’s all just a way to say THANK YOU VETERANS.
Thanks for taking a look at the Newsletter.
