I started teaching in 2001 after completing my Masters and teaching certification at Prairie View A&M University.  My undergraduate degree is in Sociology from Texas A&M University.  I also have an associates degree in radio, television and film from Austin Community College.  My wife Jenny works for the district and our three children attend Wimberley schools.  I teach in the Special Education department teaching occupational investigation and preparation as well as the 18+ program.  I also have the pleasure of coordinating and coaching Wimberley Special Olympics.  We participate in bocce ball, basketball, cycling, bowling and track & field.
