Thank you for visiting my bio page!  I'm very excited to be the FOCUS teacher at Danforth Junior High.  I live in San Marcos with my wife and two children.  My children both attend school in Wimberley and my wife, Kelsey, also teaches at Jacob's Well Elementary.  I have travelled a lot and think Wimberley is just the most magical little town I've ever seen!  I am prior Navy, worked for almost 10 years as a juvenile correction officer, was the Coordinator for Outdoor Recreation at Texas State University, and worked for a year in Luling ISD before coming to Wimberley.  My professional passion is working with young people who are at risk of slipping through the cracks to help them find their footing in life and reach their potential.  Outdoor recreation is huge part of my life, not just for myself, but for my whole family.  We love getting out on the rivers on kayaks, rock climbing, and hiking any time we get the chance.
