Technology Education continues to be an integral component of instruction at Wimberley ISD. In order for our students to face the future well prepared, we are committed to ensuring that all students and staff acquire the technological knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to function as competitive, productive members of our society.
The Technology Department of Wimberley ISD is comprised of two parts: Instructional Technology and Technology Services. These two work together to provide the best technology solutions and experiences for students and staff. When technology is used to apply higher-order thinking concepts and teachers receive effective professional development, both students and teachers succeed.
