Wimberley ISD is an awesome place to work, featuring a supportive community, engaged parents and the hardest-working students and teachers in the state. There is so much to love about Wimberley, Texas, known as a "Little Bit of Heaven." Our quaint town is an easy commute from San Marcos, New Braunfels, Dripping Springs and Boerne. Because of this ideal location, combined with natural beauty and a close-knit community, we continue to draw the best Teachers in Texas.
Once you have visited the WISD website and viewed open positions, please be sure to go to the on-line application (TalentEd) and apply for positions of interest. Be sure to email human resources with any questions regarding employment with the District.
On-line Application Process
-
Wimberley ISD utilizes an on-line application system —TalentEd. This is a user-friendly system simplifying the application process and creating a streamlined process.
The functionality and networking capability of TalentEd is an ideal platform for school districts. Once an employee has entered their data into the TalentEd platform, the information is available for the applicant applying with other districts that utilize this platform. Applicants will only have to take a moment to tailor the application for the position of interest.
