Since I graduated from Texas State University in 2001, I have been teaching Reading and Language Arts to Special Education students.  I taught sixth grade in Seguin for the first 10 years of my teaching career and earned recognition as Teacher of the Year.  Since then, I have been teaching 3rd through 5th grade in Wimberley ISD.  I'm also the team leader of the Special Education Department at Jacob's Well Elementary School.
