•  Family Medical Leave

    Wimberely ISD employees that are full-time and work 1,250 hours in the preceding 12 months may be eligible for Family Medical Leave (FML).  Family Medical Leave is unpaid leave, which guarantees an employee that needs to take anywhere from one to twelve weeks of leave that they will be reinstated to their current position or a similar position.

    Employees that have foreseable surgery and/or situations whereby an extended absence will be necessary, please contact Human Resources to discuss whether are not you are eligible for FML.
