    The District has the following positions which include on-the-job training.

    Transportation Department

    The Director of Transporatation, Owen Baldwin, assists applicants selected to become CDL drivers, including guidance on the test for a CDL, required endorsements and route training.

    Bus Drivers w/CDL & Endorsements starting @ 17.00/Hour, based on experience

    Bus Driver Trainees starting @ $14.73/Hour Will pay for CDL and training

    Bus Monitors starting @ 11.51/Hour minimum, based on experience

    Child Nutrition Department

    The Director of Child Nutrition, Heather Baldwin, is seeking individuals interested in working in the campus cafeterias preparing and serving meals to the students and staff at Wimberley Independent School District. Wimberley ISD offers cafeteria team members free meals and also complimentary, the reward of smiling faces from grateful students and staff.

    Food Service Workers starting @ $11.51/Hour, based on experience

    Custodial Services Department

    The Director of Custodial Services, Darrell Rivera, is seeking individuals interested in joining the team to keep the momentum and provide a neat, clean and safe environment for all staff, students, parents, visitors and members of the community that visit the school district.  Learn more about becoming a team member and a Wimberley Texan.

    Custodian/Night Shift starting at $12.52/Hour, hours are from 1 to 9:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  The position comes with benefits and a good starting salary.
