Greg Howard

Greg has worked in education for 35 years and is serving his 20th year as an administrator for Wimberley ISD.  He's been a Principal or Asst. Principal at Danforth Junior High for the last 13 years.  Greg is a 1985 graduate of Abilene Christian University. His education career began at Pecos High School where he taught history and served as head tennis coach for eleven years. From 1996 to 2000, Greg was a history teacher and the head tennis coach at Dripping Springs High School. In 1999 he earned his Master of Education and mid-management certification and joined Wimberley ISD in 2000 as an administrator and head tennis coach. He continued to work in those two roles until "retiring" from head tennis coach in the Spring of 2013.  Greg and his wife Dee Howard, also a WISD administrator, have been married for 34 years. Both of their children graduated from Wimberley High School. Their son Matt and his family live in San Antonio. Their daughter Sara and her family live in Waco.
